Do you adjust walks for Denver weather?

Absolutely! Denver’s weather can change quickly, so we adjust accordingly:

  • Hot days: shorter walks, shaded routes, lots of water breaks

  • Cold/snowy days: bundled-up walks and paw protection when needed

  • Severe weather: safety-first approach (we’ll communicate with you)

Will I get updates about my dog?

Yes! After every walk, you’ll receive a detailed update including:

  • Photos

  • Potty and behavior notes

  • Any concerns or highlights

How do you access my home?

  • Lockboxes

  • Keyless entry systems

  • Secure key storage

We never label keys with personal information and follow strict safety protocols.

Do you offer a meet-and-greet?

Yes! We offer a free meet-and-greet to:

  • Meet you and your dog

  • Learn your dog’s routine

  • Answer any questions

  • Ensure it’s a great fit for everyone

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
